Image background not responsive on mobile

    Hi,

    I can’t seem to make the background image fit properly in mobile.

    Now I am using mostly video content for the sliders, and putting a background image for the mobile version. I tried all different modes but: or my picture is cropped even though it is vertical 600 x 800 px 72 dpi (with the fit mode on) and I still get grey stripes, Or i use fill mode and the image display is huge and totally random.

    Is there any way I can keep the fit mode with it removing the grey borders ? Or is there an ideal image size I am not aware of ?

    Btw I already tried to log in averta pro forum though my envato account and I keep getting an error message. So please don’t redirect me there.

    same trouble for me with the Averta site. Impossible to log in even if I have an account.
    Regarding the responsive image I’m fighting to find the way.
    I purchased tha Calluna Theme 2 weeks ago and I’m customizing it with difficulty.
    At now I’can’t help you.

    maybe I’ve resolved.
    My new customization of the slider:
    Slider width: 1347px
    Slider height: 644px
    Automatically crop and resize slider images based on the size above: ON
    Slider sizing method: Full-width
    Auto-height slider: OFF

    Let me know if yourone works
