Renewed Ads Need Moderator Approval

    It seems that renewed ads need moderator approval. That doesn’t make sense if they are just being renewed. If they are being changed and renewed then if the “An email will be sent to moderators when a listing is edited.” option is checked it should be sent to moderation.
