Form submissions emails not being received

Hi,

We have wp ninja forms plugin installed on one of our clients sites which works well until the form submissions decide to stop sending via email. This has happened multiple times and is becoming a huge nuisance for our client. We have looked into many methods on how to resolve this but none that full sort the issue.

Some extra information that may help:
– We are using a form with 10 fields, two of which are dropdown options.
– We have set the website admin email for ‘From Name’
– Nothing is set for ‘From Email’
– All of our clients ‘To’ emails are not the same as the ‘From Name’
– We do however have the ‘Easy WP SMTP’ plugin setup in place to allow us to configure and send all outgoing emails via a SMTP server.

Hopefully we have provided enough information to resolve this issue.
