Pay with amazon not showing (but “have an amazon account is”)

This was working this morning so i’m not sure whats changed.
I can see the “have an amazon account text” but the button doesn’t appear. There is also no checkbox on the payments form.
(this is all on the checkout page)
On a related? note, the mouse over cart widget not longer works.
