• Hallo,

I’m using the latest version of your plugin and the latest wp 4.6.1 new install!

I have used the plugin before for a project but now i can’t get it to work.

The highlight is working but that is it! If i disable the plugin and click the buttons than it moves to the specific element. So my guess is there must be something wrong with the plugin.

Clicking on elements/links are not working somehow. I have made the links in a template file and true the wordpress menu’s but both links creating the same outcome. Somehow it looks like the plugin prevent clicking on links icm the javascript the plugin uses.

Hope someone can help me out or can confirm the plugin is not working correctly anymore?

    Regards,
    Patrick

The plugin works with 4.6.1 and should normally work without issues. Is there a change you’re using some other plugin that changes the WordPress jQuery library? Do you get any console errors in browser dev tools?
Can you post your link so I can see what exactly happens?

    Hallo,

The installation is local. I will place it online tomorrow and come back with the link so you can check it out!

There are no other plugins as i said. Just only a clean install of wordpress and this plugin.
In the dev tools there are no errors to be found 0. If you hover the buttons you see localhost/name/#slide1 for example. But clicking on the buttons/links are not working. So tried to disable the plugin and than when you click it will go to the specific slide. Then turning the plugin and still not working. What a said somehow the highlight part is working so it’s sees the ids. somehow it looks like clicking links is disabled.

It might be a theme script then (some themes are very specific on how they scroll in-page menu links). Post you link and I’ll check it ??

One last test you can do is create an off-menu link (e.g. in your content editor using plugin’s shortcode) and see if it works.

Thanks for posting your link. I checked it and unfortunately the plugin cannot work with your theme.

The theme has specific internal functions for scrolling content. The main thing is that all of the content resides inside an overflowed div and ‘Page scroll to id’ scrolls only the page’s root element (body/html) not overflowed divs.
Due to its unconventional layout the plugin cannot work with it.
