Badges Option not showing on Multisite install

  • I’m using BadgeOS and it was working great. I converted my site to a multisite (network) version and it still works on the original site, but not any new sites.

    Specifically, when I click on ‘BadgeOS’ on the left nav, the first option is ‘Achievement Types’. When I do this same thing on the original site, the first option is ‘Badges’.

    I’m wondering why the ability to create badges is missing from the new sites I’ve created.

  • Hi Dave –

    I use BadgeOS on a multisite. “Badges” is the name of an achievement type. Try creating some achievement types on your subsite. Once you create achievement types, you can add badges into those.

    How simple was that? I honestly don’t remember creating the ‘Badges’ achievement type on my other site, but that worked.
