Thanks for your reply. No update has come through for me, I’m on Version 1.3.8, is that the latest one?

    Thanks!

    Dear @glynt,

The version you’ve got is very old one.
Please, update to current 1.4.4 version and this will be solved!

    Best regards,

Thanks. To update it I have to delete the old one and I have lost all my settings. Is there any way to avoid this for the future?

    Dear @glynt,

To avoid such cases, you should simply go to your plugins section and update the plugin, instead of deleting the previous version and installing the new one. ??

And even with the update to 1.4.4 it is still the same on iPhones…

Thanks for your reply once more!

I did try updating in the normal way but it did not work. Actually, WordPress had not informed me that there was a later version and did not give me the option to update automatically, and so I had to download the zip file and do it manually. When I did this it gave the error message that the folder already exists so I had to delete the plug-in before I could update the new one.

    Dear @glynt,

This is the first time we’re facing such an issue.
Our updates work according to WordPress codex, so we can’t say exactly why you haven’t been informed of the update.
Anyway, we hope this will be the first and the last time our users face such an issue. ??

    Best regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

It’s very strange about the update, but I can live with that… Can you help with the initial problem though? It is still not fixed with version 1.4.4 on iPhone screens in portrait orientation. It seems to be OK on other phone screens….

    Dear @glynt,

We test on our side with iPhone 6 and it works as it should.
We don’t know what’s the problem on your side.
Can you, please, tell us what version of ios you got and with what browser are you testing is?

    Best regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

I only have an old iPhone 4 so the IOS version is quite old…. but i have tested with the developer module of Google Chrome (which is up to date) and also with the responsive design modes on Safari and Firefox. All four of these methods give the same result…

    Dear @glynt,

Your theme’s styles are affecting our plugin’s work and we have modified the css selector for you.
Please, contact us and we’ll send you a file to replace.

    Hi,

I have contacted you on the above email address but I haven’t received the file to replace….

    Dear Glyn,

We’re really sorry you’re not receiving our emails, we have tried to send you the file via different services, and somehow you don’t receive any…
I don’t know why you’re not receiving our emails.
Maybe you should check your Spam?
Please, let us know when you receive this one.
Otherwise, please, provide another email address, so we can send the file there.

    Best regards,
