• Hi,

I have installed Responsive Column Widgets on my website. I have three columns with YiTH Product Filters in it. If you select a attribute, the Product Filter does its work and shows the results but the Responsive Column Widgets suddenly disappears. In inspect elements on Google Chrome I can still see that the widget is there but the content (titles, dropdown etc.) have disappeared. If I refresh the page, the widgets are visible again. Do you have any solution for this?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Try disabling the browser’s JavaScript and see if the same problem occurs.

Chrome has a useful extension which lets you toggle JavaScript.

    Let me know what happens.

Thanks for the quick answer. If I toggle off the Javascript the dropdowns don’t work anymore so I can’t click on any attributes to see if it works. Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

If you turn off browser’s JavaScript, you said a drop-down list becomes unavailable. In that situation, is the responsive column still functioning?

Yes, the Responsive Column Widgets are still functioning when the browser JavaScript is turned off.

    Hi,

It sounds like it’s not a problem of Responsive Column Widgets witch works without JavaScript. When you turn on JavaScript and get a problem, there is a JavaScript script causing it.

I am afraid I cannot be of further help. Sorry. I suggest you ask the developer of the plugin of the drop-down list about the issue.
