blank functions file after installation

    Hey Lucy,

    Sorry, about the delayed reply. We definitely need to work on the alert system.

    You can create a functions.php file from the Orbisius Theme Editor which can be found under Appearance.

    We’ve just pushed a new release which always creates the functions.php for new themes.
    It also does the child theme creation using the newer & recommended approach.
