Sync Error: Motion Envy (API user is invalid) and Received error: API user is in

I seem to be having problems with the Printful plugin API syncing to my store. I noticed the flowing errors after I had deleted and replaced a couple of the product images in my store. To clarify I didn’t didn’t delete/replace the product but just the product images.
On Printful I received the following error:
“Sync Error: (API user is invalid)”
and also
“Received error: API user is invalid”
I researched this error and only found this page with info:

On that page it says that my URL may be incorrect but the URL is correct after I added /wc-api/v1/ at the end of my domain.
Can you please tell me what I can do in order to sync my store again with Printful?
