Color attribute not showing

Is it showing in the WooCommerce emails and order backend?

That’s actually the same screenshot ??
In theory, it should be the same as the WooCommerce emails. Unless this data is added by a third party plugin, then it could be different.
WPML also has had some issues with this some time ago, although I believe this was fixed with a recent update.

Anyway, if you can show a screenshot of the data in the email, that’d help!

That’s a screenshot of the backend for as far as I can tell – can you check the email?
Was this a backend order or frontend? Are you using a plugin to handle these color variations? WPML?

I can’t take a bigger screenshot and post it publicly because of my clients (and their clients) privacy, sorry. That’s also the reason I can’t check if it’s showing in the email.

Yes, it’s a screenshot of the back end, I took it from the order detail page. This website is using WPML for translations. The color attributes are translated and are showing well on the front end, I’m just missing them in the PDF.

WPML is probably the culprit here. I have had reports of this a few weeks ago and the customers told me it was fixed with an update. I don’t know if that update was released already.
I strongly recommend you to check the WooCommerce email too though, since that uses the same output functions. Let me know what you find!

Finally, the free version does not fully support WPML. If you need full WPML support, get the Professional extension.
