Outlook calendar feed does not load all events

We are trying to connect a .ics calendar feed from Outlook to Time.ly. The feed only loads events up to the end of March, but the Outlook calendar has events on it going into 2018. Why is it only loading up to that point? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in as well as double-checking the calendar feed itself. No issues.
