I’ve downloaded and installed the plugin, it activates properly. When I enter in my API key, and click ‘Save All Changes’ I get a blank white screen.

  • Hey Travis,

Thank you for posting! Sorry to hear about the API key getting wiped like that. I wasn’t able to replicate, so to rule out any local issues, can you try making sure your browser is updated to the latest version and also try in an incognito window? Also make sure you have the whole api key copied (including that little ‘-usX’ part at the end) before pasting it into that field. If that doesn’t work, try in another browser entirely also.

If still there is no luck, can you send over some additional information?
    – The operating system/version and browser + version you’re using
    – The version of php your site is using
    – Any other plugins you’re using (esp the MailChimp ones)

Once I get those details back from you I’ll be happy to dig in further. Looking forward to your reply!

    Best,
    Garnet

    Hi!

I am experiencing the same problem. I only get to the /wp-admin/options.php white page after typing in the API key. I have tried with Safari, Chrome and Firefox, but the same thing happens there as well.

I have updated the php version to 7.

There are a lot of other plugins I am using.

    Any tips?

    Hey Anders!

Thanks for trying those other browsers out. To clarify, was this issue happening before you upgraded to php 7, or did you get a chance to test with php 7 enabled?

Mind also providing a list of those active plugins and the name of the theme you’re using? This information would be very useful in attempting to replicate the issue on our end.

If possible, another helpful thing that can be done to narrow down the issue is to disable all other active plugins except for the WooCommerce plugin, then try setting up MailChimp for WooCommerce once more. If it works, there was a plugin conflict.

I’ll keep an eye on this thread for your reply!

    Thanks again,
    Garnet

    Hi!

I found out that the problem was that my site was in DEBUG mode. So I turned it off and then it worked. Thank you.

    Anders

Thanks for the follow up and letting us know what the issue was! Feel free to reach back out if you need anything else.
