A couple issues: hyperlinks and orientation of photos

I’ve been struggling with inserting links recently. I follow the very simple steps and about half the time the link doesn’t work after I save the draft and then again after I publish the post. I don’t know if it matters but sometimes their blue and sometimes their purple and it’s not consistent which one will work and which won’t.

The other issue I had in my latest post was that the pictures were oriented wrong even though they are oriented in the post correctly and in the previewed draft.

Any help you can provide would be great.

I’m am a real tech novice and this theme has been pretty easy to use and until these recent issues I’ve been very happy with it.
