Are you hosted on WP Engine by chance? We just had a client who could not make PilotPress work on WP Engine, and their support will no longer exclude pages from their Evercache (the usual cause of this).
The other more common causes are a conflict with other plugins. TinyMCE Advanced is known to conflict with PilotPress as well as:
- Any other “membership” plugin (Wishlist Member, W2 Member, MemberMouse, etc.)
- Any other plugin that writes to or manages the database (Backup Buddy, User Role Editor, etc.)
- Any plugin that manages “redirection” (Page Expiration Robot, Scarcity Samuri, login form editors, etc.)
- Caching plugins (W3 Total Cache, SuperCache, etc.)
- The “drop in” plugin advanced-cache.php
- All in One SEO
- Yoast WordPress SEO if Facebook Opengraph is enabled
- JetPack, if cache is enabled
Start with that list and if you are still having an issue please contact Support. You can do so by clicking the question mark icon in the upper right of your ONTRAPORT account and clicking the Chat link.
