Error: Email unable to be sent

Is there any difference between the admin email and the email associated with the form? That could cause an error.

No, I set them up using the same address. But it occurs to me as I type that its a gmail address that requires authentication.

That could be why then. If not, I’ve been having success with https://www.mailgun.com/ & https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailgun/ to send WP Email Capture emails.
