www and not www – one shows maintenance page, the other does not

Howdy!

I have a multi site installation, the primary site of which is https://gartnertechnology.com. When I go to https://www.gartnertechnology.com, I get the maintenance page as provided by this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/maintenance/ , even though the plugin is disabled. I even added a www to non www redirect to .htaccess – no luck.

I’ve disabled and deleted maintenance plugin, I’ve deleted site and browser caches, I’ve had the same results viewing site from a different ISP.

Any suggestions as to what is going on here and what I can do to fix it?
