• Hi,

I am trying this plugin for a woocommerce website I am developing, everything works very good, except that, I am trying to do a custom woocommerce shop page using divi or visual composer and the filters are not being displayed on other pages that I create, only in the default woocommerce’s Shop page these appear. Is this a regular behavior, do I need the pro version or am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks.

    Hi alonso01,

Plugin require WooCommerce query to be on the stage of page creation. If page is not shop, category, search, tag or something that have product query filters will not show up as there is nothing to filter.

I suppose you show products with shortcode or manually without initiating main WooCommerce query and as a result filters have no influence on those products so no sense even to show them.

    Hi Dima

Many thanks for your answer. How it is supossed to manually activate the Woocommerce query into other pages rather than Shop? You mean like initiating the product loop using the WC_Query class?

I am using Divi theme and their shop element that is basically a woocommerce product listing, tried before visual composer woocomerce product listing but without success, in other pages, filters doesn’t display.
