Finding dofollow links on site

Is there a plugin or site that can scan for “dofollow” links on a site? Google applied manual action for links not having “nofollow” but a plugin is used to make all links leaving the site “nofollow”.

Recently the plugin was turned off by the host to check on a conflict and I am wondering if the “nofollow” was removed with the plugin.

What I need is something that can scan the site and return a list of the “dofollow” links so they can be fixed and the manual action lifted by Google.
