Plugin Activation Status Plugin

I downloaded the Plugin Activation Status plugin on my WordPress site. I realize it is not what I need as I am not multi-site. I can not deactivate it or delete it. Can you tell me in elementary terms how to delete it.

I am a novice user and don’t really understand the lingo or terms sometimes used in website development language. Easy instructions are appreciated.
