v2.6.1 beta – Is there a way to turn off Autosave?

I had a lot of problems with v2.6 and most of them are fixed with 2.6.1 however when I am saving and pub. posts the site seems to take forever. Doing anything else it loads quickly (browsing site, browsing admin pages etc.) I think it might go quicker if autosav was not on (it seems to take a long time trying to autosav).

I have looked around and can’t find any options to turn autosav off. Anyone know how? Thanks
