    I’ve removed this plugin in favor of W3 Total Cache months ago, however it still says this when I view my source code

    <!– Gator Cached page via WordPressHTTPS_Module_Parser::parseHtml on [2016-08-28 23:16:27] –>

    I have purged all the cache and not sure what else needs to be deleted to fix this issue. Please advise.

    If the plugin is uninstalled an you’re still seeing that in your pages, you probably have code in your htaccess file. The GatorCache plugin does not write to the htaccess file, therefore it will not remove any code that someone may have been added there. Simply remove the Gator Cache code block from your htaccess and it will take care of this message and no longer serve the cache.
