Missing Menu Items

    Hi.

    After installing the Yoast SEO Plug-in on two new websites, the only Menu Items I can see in the Dashboard Menu are:

    Dashboard
    Search Console
    Go Premium

    On other previous installs of the plug-in, I see:

    Dashboard
    Titles & Meta
    Social
    XML Sitemaps
    Advanced
    Tools
    Search Console
    Go Premium

    Any suggestions?
