    Hi Support,

    When I enabled the ‘Test Mode’ all pages are working fine with logos, multiple currency option, cancel/help button etc. But when I disabled the test mode and enabled the ‘Live Mode’ it shows different pages with no logos and most important no ‘Multiple Curreny Option’.
    Please help me with this.

    Hi,

    Copy the test mode files and settings into the live in the Worldpay account.

    Hi,

    Thanks for responding.
    I did the same, copied the test mode files and settings into the live mode but still not working. Same old page appears on the screen.

    On the “Payment Pages Editor: on the file menu (on the left side) you have “Copy to production” so press that. If still doesn’t work, and you are on the correct installation contact worldpay support.

    The page is working fine now but the most important part is missing i.e “Choose multiple currency” option. Can you have any suggestion?\

    If you mean the option to allow users to select currency on the payment page, in wordpress admin area you have an option to allow or deny the user that ability, so select that. If that doesn’t work even if you have selected it from admin it must have to do something with your wordlpay account.
