Adding Google Adwords Conversion Code

The form is submitted via Ajax and user is not redirected to any ‘Thank you’ page after the form is submitted. Therefore, I think you might want to figure out how Google Adwords conversion is tracked when the form is submitted via Ajax.

If you still want to know which code is executed, open the file product-enquiry-for-woocommerce.php and find the function contact_email. This function is responsible for processing the submitted data.
