Center aligning post date and post title + major flaw

  • Hi all you helpful people,

    Anyone mind helping me out with a smaller issue (I think, but I can’t seem to figure it out aah).

    I need my post title and date of post etc. to be center aligned on the front page just as my text?
    Moreover, I have absolutely no idea why my text all of a sudden goes right to eternity? Why is that and how can I fix it?

    My website is https://www.thisisemina.com – please note that it is still under construction, and that I have borrowed pictures from Google in order to set it up. I will delete these promptly when fixed.
