Future Events Not Showing

    My future events are not showing, I’ve tried everything with the calendar settings but still I can’t view the events created beyond the current month when viewed in month view. In list view the events appear ok. The search seems to be looking for the word “search” when I view months but it can’t find the events I have created. The below text is returned as future months, which events have been created in, are viewed:
    “There were no results found for “Search” this month. Try searching next month.”
    All assistance appreciated.

    When did this issue start? Can you give me your url as well?

    In the meantime, I’d also suggest testing for plugin conflicts. ??

    Thanks for your reply, I’ve replaced the calendar plugin with one that works on the site until I can resolve this issue. The site owner and I would really like to fix this issue and go back to the events calendar plugin. The issue first happened about two months ago and we haven’t seen any future events since, I’ve tested for plugin conflicts but I was unable to fix the issue. The site is quite light weight plugin wise so I don’t think thats the cause.

    We did release an update to the plugin just after you reported this issue. Can you try updating and let me know if you notice any change?

    If that doesn’t change anything, I’d appreciate you setting up a demo page where I can see the issues first hand.

    Just tried the conflicts procedure again, still no future events showing just the same message on month view: There were no results found for “Search” this month. Try searching next month. The plugin seems to be searching for the word “Search” by default for some reason.

    Yes I’ve updated the plugin as well, still no change.

    Hi Ant. It sounds like the placeholder “Search” text is actually getting used as the field’s value and submitting that as the search.

    This is something we’ve seen before with plugin and theme conflicts. I know you said you did the testing for conflicts, but this just isn’t happening for other users and isn’t something we’re able to replicate when only using The Events Calendar?+ Twenty Sixteen theme. If you have that same setup for testing and it’s still happening, I’d suggest disabling your browser extensions and/or trying another browser.
