• We have an User Entry Form where the person enters their name, address etc. One of the fields is their email address.

This field has controls on it whereby :
    a) the field cannot be left blank
    b) after entry, it searches for reference to that email address on the user table and will not let us enter the same email address for 2 different people.

Our site administrator has left town. We would like to take the controls off this field so that people without an email address can leave the field blank.

    Thanks.

What plugin are you using to create this form? If you don’t know, please post a link to the page with the form.

    Steve:
Could you give me your email address. I will need to give you some login codes which I would prefer to give you privately.

Or please contact me at the address below.

NEVER EVER EVER (ever!) offer login credentials to anyone on the forums. Sure, I’m trustworthy but I don’t want them. Were I to have access to your site, I would forever be blamable and maybe even liable for anything that might go wrong with it.

Now, as I asked before, please provide a link to your site so I can see what form plugin you’re using (if you can’t figure it out from looking at your list of plugins).
