• Good morning

I have updated the core on my web site at https://www.automatik.com.br and the dashboard is not accessible anymore. When you go to /wp-admin, it simply redirects to the site root. Tried a few suggestions that I found on the forum over ftp, but nothing worked. The site works perfectly, but the dashboard cannot be accessed.

    Would anyone help?

    Thank you.

    Silvio

Aloha Silvio, Have you tried using a different browser or clearing your browser cache? When I visit https://www.automatik.com.br/wp-admin/ it takes me to the login page.

@sivukus The login page is still loading for me. There were some general Internet issues yesterday depending on your location. Is the page working now? If not, what are the errors you see? Were you able to try this in another browser (or computer) or clearing your cache?

@jasmeetsingh Your login page is loading for me as well. If you are still having issues, please start your own thread with any errors you may be seeing and what happens when you try to log in.

    Hi,thanks for the reply
    I just did it successfully..
It was a problem in the theme and a plugin (Widget)
3 hrs after the post I was able to correct the problem..
Now I am stuck in another problem with another website
    aaretch.com
It s going to local host. It will be great if you can help me in this.

It finally worked, thanks for helping. I really don’t know exactly what I did, but it’s working and that’s what matters. Thank you very much

@sivukus Those types of problems can be frustrating because you don’t really know the cause, but I’m very glad to hear it’s working again for you!

@jasmeetsingh I’m glad to hear you got yours working again as well. Since your other problem is off-topic from this thread, you may want to try searching the forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything, I would start your own thread, including the problem and any recent changes that have been made.

Okay Geoffrey.. BTW m new here so dont know how to start new thread..

@jasmeetsingh Here are some basics on starting a new thread from the Forum Welcome:

The forum is split into sections, with each forum having its own one-line description on the front page. Please try to choose the most suitable section for your new topic, and please post your topic in only one section. Multi-posting is frowned upon. Duplicate postings will be closed or deleted. Posting your own topic is smiled upon. Unless you are using the same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations as the original poster, do not post in someone else’s thread. Start your own topic. Choose your section from the forum front page. After following the appropriate link, start a new topic by clicking the “Add New ?” button to the right of the section’s title.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with that or have any specific questions about starting a new post
