Creator’s Access Token expired?

  • i succesfully installed the plugin, and appart from minor annoyance (the plugin reported “Goal Tracker for Patreon was unable to update your creator access token. The message returned from Patreon was invalid_request”) everything was fine – the plugin displayed data from Patreon correctly on the front-end.

    But now it displayed “Error contacting Patreon: Unauthorized” and if I go to https://www.patreon.com/platform/documentation/clients it reports that the “Creator’s Access Token” has expired.

    perhaps all this is connected? because the plugin was unable to update my creator access token, it expired?

    i don’t know what am I doing wrong?

    i have now created a new client on patreon, but the backend still reports ““Goal Tracker for Patreon was unable to update your creator access token. The message returned from Patreon was invalid_request”

    any clues why this could be happening?

    i presume the token will expire again.
