Comment Autoreply/Autorespond

Hi,

I’m trying to find a solution for autonotifying commenters that I have posted a response to their comment.
At present commenters need not be registered users but they are required to provide a valid email address when leaving a comment. Ideally, when I post a reply to a comment I would like for an email to automatically be sent to the commenter letting them know that I have posted a response.
