    Since I updated to the last version 2.4.9 of Profile builder, I get the error:
    “there was an error on the submitted form”

    when I press “register” in the registration form. As a result, all new registrations were blocked without any notification to me.

    I already tried to diable all the other plugins, but nothing works. I reverted to version 2.4.7 to get all working (it seems that version 2.4.8 does not send the confirmation email).

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Can you tell me what version of Profile Builder are you using (free, pro, hobbyist) ?

    Could you also send me an export of your Profile Builder settings by using the Import and Export add-on that we have available ?

    If you cannot attach files here, please open a Support Ticket with the info that you wrote here and with the one that I requested.
