Time/date variable not resolving

    Hey,

    first of all: great plugin. I use it all the time if clients need a simple twitter implementation.
    Today one of my clients contacted me and told me that the date format in the tweet seems to be wrong. There seems to be an issue with tweets older than “n” month. The same problem occured on our own website.
