File Uploads to server only?

I have not used CF7 yet but have been reading the docs and FAQ… I am still not clear on whether the plugin does what I want or not regarding file uploads:

I want an un-registered user to be able to fill out a form, upload a file (optional) and then that file is NOT attached to the email, but stays on the server.

Is this possible with CF7? Can anyone suggest an alternative plugin for this use case?
