    In the Settings page for Support Hours, I can only change my support hours? I don’t see a way to add support hours to other users.

    Hey there, sorry for the belayed reaction. I do not completely understand what you are looking for. The current way it works is that there is one manager that manages the amount of hours spent for a customer. All other administrators and moderators can check the amount of time spent in the admin dashboard. If you are looking for some other functionality please describe. I might consider it to develop into this plugin.

    Okay, I guess my question is who is the customer?

    I can only add and track hours in 1 instance per site, which may be by design.

    I was thinking that the ‘customer’ here would be like a ‘subscriber’, and managers could see/add/manage the hours for all site subscribers.

    It may not be in the scope of your plugin.

    Currently the plugin supports only one ‘support-hour’ manager (the user you select on the first setup. Probably the main developer of the website.). That person can set the amount of hours bought and spent for this particular website. All other users can see the hours left etc in the dashboard but cannot interact with it, at this moment. But you might need more users to manage these settings? Or are you looking to other functionalities?

    Hi @chenryahts,

    In the release I just pushed (1.1.0) there is the possibility to select more then one Support Hour manager per site. This might be more in the way where you are looking for. But let me know where you are looking for and I will look into the possibilities.
