Http 500 Internal Server Error when adding a comment

When I try and post a comment to test it out, it comes back with an “HTTP 500 Internal Server Error” message and the “website cannot display the page” message. I’m getting the error even if I fill out the comment form completely.
If I am logged into the account and open up another browser window (IE 7) the comments work fine. But when I logged out of the system and tried to add a comment, I get the 500 Internal Server Error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
