Fictive theme horizontal menu

  • Hello everybody, I’va installed the fictive theme for my wordpress site. The thing is for mobile devices there are three menus I can not find in pc version. So I would like to know if someone knows how to personalise those three to have better site. I’ve got three different icons: 3 horizontal lines (when I press is doing nothing), the settings wheel (when I press there I can see the last entries of my site) and a loupe (when I press I doing nothing). So my thing is how I can change them to have in the first one my entries, the second one make it to disappear and the loupe to hace a searching form. Im gonna leave a pic to show exactly what im talking about.

    That’s the mobile menu, and it should display your site’s menu when clicked, as you can see on the demo:

    If you make the browser window smaller to simulate a mobile device, you’ll see how you can click on the mobile menu to view the site’s navigation.

    If the mobile menu isn’t working correctly on your site, there could be several reasons why.

    A common reason is a plugin conflict. To rule out a plugin conflict, you could try temporarily deactivating all your plugins. Does the mobile menu work? If the problem is gone, reactivate your plugins one-by-one, look at the site in between each reactivation, to find the conflict.

    Did you make any changes to the theme files? Try resoring a fresh, untouched copy of the site, making a backup of your changes first. If that solves the problem, then put your chnages back bit by bit — using a child theme — to find the culprit interfering with your mobile menu.

    Did you add any custom CSS? Try temporarily removing it. If the problem goes away, put your CSS back in chunks to find the conflict.

    Those are the most common troubleshooting techniques to find out why your mobile menu isn’t working.

    You can also provide a link to your site to see if I spot anything obvious.
