Quiz is not saved and mail blank.

    I created a questionnaire with 9 fields of the type “Text / Html Section” and only 3 fields at the end of the “Large Open Answer”, what happens is that when I finish the questionnaire it sends regular email to the admin and the customer, however, the e-mail will only with the default message, and the outcome of qustionário nothing appears.

    What can it be?

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! Can you go to the “Text” tab when editing your quiz and look at the “%QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% Text” option to ensure there is text in that option? The default is:

    %QUESTION%
    Answer Provided: %USER_ANSWER%
    Correct Answer: %CORRECT_ANSWER%
    Comments Entered: %USER_COMMENTS%
    Why is this correct: %CORRECT_ANSWER_INFO%
