how to change background of footer’s height

  • hi everyone… i had asked the develioped of the interactve maps for wordpress app for help on the following problem but still no reply.

    After adding in the interactive map on my website https://test.uni-corp.com/locations/
    after clicking on anyone of the locations on the map. the clickable information would come out but some of the words would be covered by the footer.. i tried setting the height on the style.css class footer-banner.. or even colophon class…. but still nothing is working.

    I hope someone could advise me on what to do as i would like to expand the size of the map but the footer have to be flexible so as not to cover the words on the clickable part of the map.

    – Unfortunately, your currently used “TESSERACT” theme is not in the www.ads-software.com/themes/ directory.
    – These forums are for free themes/plugins available in the WordPress theme directory at www.ads-software.com/themes/. So please contact the developer/vendor directly for support with your question. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial/custom products, so they would not know why your /custom/commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. The developers/vendors are responsible for supporting their custom/commercial product.

    thanks for the reply t-p… i had contacted the author of the plugin a few days ago but till date no respond so i decided to try my luck here…
