  • Have you tried disabling all of your plugins via FTP, this may rectify the problem and allow you to access your admin area again.

    Disabling plugins via FTP

    Hi guys,

Evastree, do not do plugin disabling such things.

Solution is just change the theme you are using. Then change to original theme.

You’ll see it will work. It at least worked for me.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I cannot access the admin part so how do I change the theme? Is there another way to access the theme and change it? And will the current layout when I change the theme?
    Thank you.

Thank you themesumo for your reply. No I haven’ disabled my plugins yet as you indicated, but will the layout and contents of my website remain after I do that?
    Thank you.

    Hi,

I could not change the theme since the wp-admin menu did not work. While trying I noticed that while wp-admin is being loaded stop the page, do not wait for the page to respond. When you click on themes tab themes page come, then select another theme.

    Hope that helps.
