add picture to header and background

  • hello and thanks in advance for any help you can give. I need to add an image to my header….I dont mind using any basic thems but I want to add 1 pic. I also need to be able to add pics to the background outside of the theme…please any help would be great. ty in advance

  • What I’m wondering is, is it okay to change the header image?
    I’m snagged a theme that I liked but I wasn’t sure if changing the image is allowed.
