    What version of PHP are you running?

    Mine is PHP 5.3.29

    Looks like the new IP library requires PHP 5.4, you have two choices:

    – upgrade to a newer version of PHP
    – downgrade to 10.3 and I’ll see if I can find a workaround, but it may end up need 5.4 anyway.

    Thanks. For the moment I installed the old version of Statistics. But I’ll try to upgrade the PHP version as soon as possible.

    got the same problem, no vistors are counted anymore

    @wegsite, check your PHP version.

    PHP,version is 5.3… not yet 5.4

    I found themold version, hot the zip files, was brave enough to uninstall the update 11 and install the 10.3 version. Its working now, as it used to work. Ok, two days are missing, but what to do, if my provider doesnt change to,php 5.4?

    will it be possible, to get another updates for your tool?

    I’d suggest changing providers, if they can’t move to a newer version of PHP after it being two years out of support you probably want a provider that is more responsive anyway.

    I think thats not really possibl. our provider, strato in Germany, offers us good services and our contract is not so flexible. On the other hand, moving over with all that stuff scares me a little bit, the structure of our website is complicated ….

    That’s your choice of course, you have to weigh the benefits to the risks with running software that has not had any security patches in over two years.

    There should be no hosting provider that doesn’t offer a newer version of PHP than 5.3 at this point, those that don’t leave you at an increased risk of being exposed to a vulnerability.

    I’m having same problem with no hits recorded. Our php version is at php7. Is this also a problem?

    PHP7 should be fine, though there are some issues with different point releases.

    I’d suggest checking your php log file to see if any related error messages are there.
