Impossible to write something and click some buttons

  • I have to create a new page in my website but when I want to write something is impossible because doesn’t appear anything in the writing box when I write and some buttons don’t respond to the click. What can I do?

  • Have you tried disabling all active plugins, and trying with the default TwentySixteen theme as the active theme?

    Yes, I have tried but I didn’t fix the problem. The strange thing is that from a laptop I have this problem and from a smartphone works well.

    I found the problem, was the plugin akismet!
