• Hello,

I was wondering if it can be possible that the plugin supports custom post types.

If yes, how can I create manually a template for them?

    Thanks

  • I am also interested in knowing more about this. My single posts page displays content only from custom fields, using the ACF plugin. Any idea if AMP for WP will support that?

    Hey guys,

Thank you for using this plugin!

@justrunlah – It is possible to support custom post types but in order to custom style the, you will have to use Custom CSS option

@gvix – We are planning to add ACF integration with AMP plugin in the future ??

    Hi Ahmed,

At the moment it seems like the plugin is not working with custom post types. When I add ?amp behind the url, it just redirects me to the full version and the ?amp is removed from the url.

The posts work good, but not the custom post types. Do I need to enable it somehow?

Also, other than CSS, I was to make more drastic changes, for example include/remove custom fields. Which files should I edit?

    Thanks

I think the plugin should work with post types, Can you please try to flush rewrite urls? ( https://ampforwp.com/docs/flush-rewrite-urls/ )

We are working on some updates which will allow you to make these drastic changes with proper development documentation. At the moment, you will have to edit source.

    Regards,
    Ahmed
