How to install jQuery Chosen plugin

    Hi,
    I’m working on localhost, I downloaded the jquery Chosen plugin chosen_v1.6.2.zip, when I try to install the plugin I receive:
    “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.”

    What am I doing wrong?
