False error warning

  • Hello,
    I have just updated a plug-in and received the following warning:
    “This file belongs to plugin “Duplicator” version “1.1.20” and has been modified from the file that is distributed by www.ads-software.com for this version. Please use the link to see how the file has changed.”.
    This is only a Readme file, but I checked and got the message:
    There are no differences between the original file and the file in the repository.
    I then clicked

      ‘There are no differences between the original file and the file in the repository’

    and received the message: “No security problems were detected by Wordfence.”.
    Scanning again cause the error message to reappear.
    This is happening on two sites.
    No real problem, but am curious why this is happening.
