Does Duplicator cause old site white screen?

    ok so I’m having a live site that is working fine, using theme twentysixteen, today I installed Duplicator (latest) and create packet then download and sucessfully install on localhost.
    after that there was a moment I’ve checked both site were ok at same time.
    now suddenly hours later, my live site went white blank, can not access to wp-admin anymore while localhost one is still working?

    I really dont understand what happened? im not sure but is there anycase that Duplicator may cause this issue? like installed ok, working ok, but then suddendly it got error itself?
    thankfully I still have one in localhost but I can not access to their server.

    A blank page on your localhost is a possibility, but on the live site where you created the package that would not be caused by the plugin or at least I have never had any reports of that happening. There are some things you can try for a blank page on the deployed to site on the FAQ, but these might also apply to the live site you have. Here is a link to the topic…
