Membership 2 & Paypal

    I have recently opened a membership site using Membership 2. My problem is that people register for the site but don’t finish the registration process by paying, and are left hanging in the middle. I think the process is a little too complicated as you have to click so many times. How could I make the process smoother to get more paying members? I use the Paypal recurring payments option.

    Hello @katanna, I hope you are doing well today!

    I am afraid we can not change the PayPal payment process, this depends entirely on how the PayPal works.

    The Membership by itself has two step registration – sign up process for free membership and three steps for paid Membership; 1 – registration 2 -signup 3-payment.

    With the Membership 2, the first two steps can be merged into one, but only if you use a membership shortcodes like:

    Subscribe Button: [ms-membership-buy id="201"]
    or Registration form: [ms-membership-register-user membership_id="201"]

    Replace the 201 with your Membership ID. This way, a user will register and sign up at the same time.

    Hello, I think I’m having the same problem here.
    When I click on “Signup” it transforms to “Confirm Payment” but nothing happens.
    It doesnt even redirect to a PayPal payement page.
