[Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] Individual Post Visits is Wrong

Brand new install of WordPress 2.6.1 and WP-Stats. It appears all the post visits are showing up under my first post. It only shows 2 pages and one post, and the total is inline with what I see in the graph, but I know based on the outgoing links that other posts are being visited, yet they show no visits under Top Posts & Pages. It just keeps showing the same post there, even when I add new ones.

At first I thought it was related to WP-Super Cache, so I turned that off, but I see other posts where it was said to be compatible. Then I gave it a little some because another post suggested it corrects itself with time. It has been 2 days now.

I am using the pretty permalinks: /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/ and can’t think of anything else that may be causing it to get the posts confused.
