WooCommerce Adding Additional Cost Based on Addons

I’m using the WooCommerce add-ons plugin to create some colour based add-ons for a range of products. These colours all have a small cost attributed to them per item. However, I also need to add a one off setup charge if a user chooses this add-on.

Is there a way (or another plugin) that can add another add-on or another to the product should the user select particular add-on. I’m thinking that is probably the best way to do this?
